PROJECT OBJECTIVE:-

Implement the retailers strategy. Influence the customer buying behavior. provide flexibility in control design.

PROJECT REQUIREMENT

1)Customize your design:-Add design elements like your logo, billboard, and featured items.

2)Setting up store categories:-Categories help buyers navigate your store and reduce the risk of them abandoning it because of not finding what they want.

3)Product Research:-To build a brand, you need to conduct market research and competitive analysis.

4)Match your style to your strategy:-After understanding brand identity its essential to communicate visually. The colors you choose, the design elements you use, the tone of your product descriptions are the main factors that creates personality of the brand.

5)Creativity with product images:-The first rule of good product images is to follow eBay best practices and guidelines. Make sure your photos are well-lit, high-resolution, and set front and center against a plain white background. You need to communicate information through your images. You also need to make sure that you position set of items together in your primary image, which brings clarity while browsing. match product photos with your brand style

CHALLENGES

1)Change is inevitable:-The lightning-fast way in which we have changed our shopping habits really has become a fight for survival for traditional retailer. Now barely perceptible movement of your finger whether on a 'mouse' or directly on the screen of your mobile device, we can obtain anything when needed.Therfore those that fight and embrace these changes and integrate them with business have the best chance of survival

2)Subscription Tiers and Fees:-On the outside it may seem silly to assume sellers aren’t sure what subscription tier they are in however sellers with items in multiple categories are often surprised by the added fees

3)Confusing Seller Limits:-The confusing part for new business is that seller limits are calculated based on potential sales and not actual sales

4)Creating Product Listings:-To sell the products, you need to list them. but the processor listing single or multiple products at once is a pain

5)Inventory management:-If you sell your products on more places than just eBay making a sled on one channel does not always update it across all other channels. Out of the millions of sellers on eBay 25 million to be exact, there are bound to be a few of you who sell more channels. If you fall into this savvy group of sellers, then you are most likely struggling with inventory management.

solution

1)Add categories:-Add additional category and hopefully the improved reach and sales

2)Improving Seller limit:-maintain your service levels and high customer feedback and then request regular views. This way eBay will know you are a serious seller looking to offer value to both platform and your customers

3)Maintain high image quality and usage of various image tools:-There are many ranges of free image resizing the tools that you can use to make sure you are creating the right size. Snapp is easy to use and is free. Images on eBay serve two purposes to show the condition of your items and to reflect how professional you are as a business.

4)Customer Feedback:-Ship it has direct integration with eBay so you can automatically sync your orders, book any courier service you need and update them automatically without blinking an eye. This process makes helps to improve customer experience and thus in revert customer gives feedbacks, later on which we get an idea on which part to improve.
